Temecula, CA — Game 1 was a rough start to the season. We started the season with a tough challenge facing a top 4 team out of the San Diego area. Our girls fought and never gave up competing through the final horn. We gained some valuable experience across the field with multiple girls earning their first goal on the season, including a first year varsity player scoring her first goal in her first varsity game. Nice work Angelica. Time to regroup, refocus on fundamentals and prepare for game two coming with a road trip Riverside facing MLK.
