West Covina, CA — Another tight start for the JV Huskies but they rallied and out another W in the column and a great start for their league opener. #21 Eliaiz Barriga three a one hitter through 3 innings and allowed zero runs as he took the mound on Friday for our league opening game! A Great throw from CF by one of the twins to throw a runner out at home at end of the 4th sparked the young men in the next inning! Chris Sanchez came up & hit a shot to score the first run and #11 Noriega hit the sac fly to score the second run! #24 Munoz hit a shot that went over RF and scored 2 more runs & #2 Sage Sandoval hit another shot through the second basemen to score another in the bottom 6. Alex ‘Tank’ Hernandez takes the mound and shut them down as we cruise to another SH victory!!!
