Elk Grove, CA — Kennis Jasperson scored 17 points to carry C.K. McClatchy to a 55-31 victory over Laguna Creek on Tuesday in Metro League play. McClatchy broke away early after a 15-point second quarter, running up a 29-15 lead by halftime. Jasperson led the charge for the Lions, scoring 17 points (47.2% eFG), with eight points during the third period. She also contributed five assists, seven steals, and one rebound. Madaya Fletcher achieved another double-double for McClatchy, scoring 10 points (5-for-8) and pulling down 15 rebounds. Lauren Shintaku hit two three-pointers and scored six points total.
