Apple Valley, CA — The girls came out strong, jumping out to an 18-9 lead at halftime. Corie Hall led the team with 10 point in the first half. Although, it was the defense that carried them home in the second half as CSDR attempted a comeback and narrowed the final score to 23-17. The team ended the game with a total of 19 steals. Jordan led the team with 7 rebounds and 2 blocks. Bre had 5 points and Isabella (3 points) was 1 for 1 from deep. The girls are now 2-0 in the tournament and are looking for a 3rd win tonight at 7pm against the host of the tournament (University Prep). We could use all the support tonight! With the win tonight, they will advance into the championship game tomorrow.
