Irvine, CA — Your Rams lost a tough one at the 14th ranked team in Orange county, Beckman High School. We had many opportunities late to complete the comeback but our defense was not good enough last night and it ultimately cost us. After reviewing the game, I am pleased with our resilience.....we trailed throughout and definitely continued to put pressure on them til the end but we could never grab the lead late and continued to give up easy opportunities that made it too difficult to overcome. Tonight we travel back to Orange County again....this time to take on the 5th ranked team in Orange County, Villa Park. This is a tough back to back situation so we are hoping our guys show some toughness and put last night in the rear view mirror. Senior, Jonah Zandi had a career high 27 points last night. We had some good strong efforts by Matthew McIntosh and Lewis Singleterry as well. Hopefully tonight we have more balance as we had in the first few games.
