Lynn Haven, FL — The Mosley High Dolphins put on a clinic Friday night, defeating the Rickards Raiders 35-7 in a one-sided affair, with standout performances on both sides of the ball. The rainy conditions at Tommy Oliver Stadium didn’t slow down the Dolphins’ explosive offense or tenacious defense as they improved their record to 3-0. Lo’Kavion Jackson stole the show with three rushing touchdowns, demonstrating his power and agility. Jackson found the end zone three times, breaking through the Raiders’ defense. Complementing Jackson’s dominant performance was wide receiver Jack Massey, who hauled in a 30-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter to give Mosley a commanding lead. “I’m so proud of how our offensive line played in the rainy conditions,” said Mosley head coach Tommy Whiddon after the game. “Jayvion Dudley, Logan McAlister, Quinton Baker, Cameron Colvin, and Jase Jernigan set the tone early for how the game was going to be played.” The offensive line’s performance was crucial to the Dolphins’ success, allowing running back Sammy Chisolm to pile up over 100 rushing yards and controlling the game on the ground. On the defensive side, Mosley’s intensity was evident throughout the night. Junior Will Arboleda made two key plays, including a blocked punt and a forced fumble that he scooped and scored, extending the Dolphins’ lead and deflating the Raiders’ momentum. Defensive end Raedyn Bruens also wreaked havoc, recording two sacks and pressuring the Raiders’ quarterback all night. With such a well-rounded team effort, the Dolphins continue to build momentum heading deeper into the season. The win sets up a highly anticipated matchup next week as Mosley looks to maintain their dominant form.
