Panama City, FL — Mosley High School’s football team delivered a powerful performance on Friday night, crushing Bay High School with a decisive 53-15 victory. The Dolphins showcased their prowess on both sides of the ball, led by an explosive offense and a stifling defense. Quarterback Sammy Freitas had a standout night, throwing for three touchdowns and adding another score on the ground. Freitas’ aerial assault was highlighted by two touchdown receptions from Carson Griffin and another from Jack Massey, who made sure to capitalize on every opportunity. On the ground, Sammy Chisolm was unstoppable, bulldozing his way to three rushing touchdowns. Chisolm’s hard-nosed running style set the tone early and kept the Bay defense on its heels throughout the game. The Mosley defense was equally impressive, shutting down Bay’s offense and forcing crucial turnovers. Lo’Kavion Jackson made a game-changing play with a forced fumble and recovery, halting Bay’s momentum. Wyatt Fleming added to the defensive dominance with a monster hit in the second half that sent a clear message: Mosley was in control. Coach Whiddon praised his team’s complete performance, stating, “I’m proud of how the boys played tonight in all three phases of the game. The game got a little chippy at times, but we did a great job of keeping our composure and finishing the game strong.” Mosley’s commanding win not only showcased their talent but also their discipline and focus, as they maintained control even when the game’s intensity ramped up. This victory sets a high standard for the Dolphins as they continue their season with momentum and confidence.
