Anthes allowed three hits and zero runs over five and one-third innings while walking none. Cass City Red Hawks Varsity got on the board in the top of the first inning after Matt Mellendorf hit a sacrifice fly, Gavin Franzel singled with a bunt, and Ryker Wallace hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.
