Allentown, PA — Easton JV scored 13 runs in the third inning, which helped them defeat Dieruff 17-0 Monday afternoon. The JV Rovers jumped out to a three-run lead in the top of the first inning and never looked back. Deegan Keller earned the win on the mound. The right hander went two and two-thirds innings, giving up one hit and zero runs while striking out five. Dani Diaz entered the game to get the final out on a strikeout. The Easton offense combined for ten hits on the day. The JV Rovers welcome the Freedom Patriots to Richards Field on Wednesday at 4pm for their next game.
