Easton, PA — It came down to the wire in a back and forth contest as Easton grabbed victory in walk-off fashion 8-7 over the JV Mountaineers. Mason Stout collected three hits in five at bats in the win. Brody Dech had a huge two-out game-tying RBI. The JV Rovers pushed the game winning run across the plate in the bottom of the 8th inning after two Stroudsburg errors. Dom Crisci earned the win for easton in relief after Deegan Keller and Nolan Stem went three and two-thirds and two and two-thirds respectively. In addition to Stout, Brendan Bowman and Evan Thornton each collected multiple hits for Easton. Easton JV will travel to Freedom on Wednesday to take on the Patriots.
