Easton, PA — Easton Area JV Rovers won big over Dieruff 13-3 on Tuesday at Easton. The JV Rovers jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the first inning with five runs scored. They added one in the 2nd and 3rd to make the score 7-3. Nolan Stem and Deegan Keller combined their efforts on the mound for the win. Easton tallied 11 hits in the contest including two each by Mason Stout and Jackson Gubich. The JV Rovers were sure handed and didn't commit an error, while catcher Max Martenis threw out a would-be base-stealer at second base. Next up for the Junior Varsity Rovers is a trip to Northampton on Thursday.
