Game MVP

Garrett was our Scout/JV player of the week. He did a great job preparing us for a hard fought win on Friday night and put the JV team on his back for a win on Thursday afternoon. Garrett had a great game on offense and defense last week for our JV team.

Grant had a strong game along with the rest of the DL against Bishop Amat. He also recognized the formation for their 2 point try to win the game and made an outstanding play with his mind and body to preserve the win for us.

Shawn was the co-defensive player of the game against Amat. Shawn was truly disruptive in the game making many plays at the line of scrimmage or in the backfield.

Cade had another strong game for us up front playing with a lot of physicality. We did not put up a lot of points, but we did control the game with a strong run game that averaged over 5 yards per carry.

Chris led us in rushing again. He had many tough runs to keep the chains moving and did a great job in pass protection helping us clean up any leakage upfront.

Calvin had another strong game for from the second level of our defense in the run and pass game. He nearly came up with an interception on their sideline, if the qb would have thrown a better ball he would have been able to keep it I bounds.

Sammy was our special teams player of the game. He took the opening kick off to the house to help set the tone for the game. This is the second straight week that Sammy has played well on special teams.
