Bethlehem, PA — Abington Heights jumped out to a 0-2 lead after the top half of the first, but the Patriots answered back in the bottom half of the second with and RBI single by Kiefner scoring Suarez leaving the score Freedom 1 Abington 2 after two innings. In the top of the third Freedom gave up 6 runs stemming from some uncharacteristic walks. The Patriots got singles from Cobb and Peluso but couldn’t string other enough offense. Abington went on to score an additional 4 runs leaving the final score at 1-12. Freedom Patriots Baseball looks to bounce back Wednesday against Nazareth.
