La Cañada, CA — La Canada Freshman Spartans scored six runs in the fourth inning, which helped them defeat the Tigers 8-1 on Saturday.
Kory How started on the bump for the Tigers. The right-handed pitcher allowed two hits and two runs (one earned) over three innings, striking out four and walking two.
Liam Baum and Maverick Courtice were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected one hit for South Pasadena. The Tigers turned two double plays in the game.
South Pasadena Frosh/Soph Tigers will travel to Arcadia for their next game on Thursday at 6:30pm.
