Fairfield, CA — The Vikings defeated the American Canyon Wolves in 3 straight sets Monday night (25-22, 25-20, 25-19). Yesterday marked the first time in 4 weeks that the Vikings had their full team back after recovering from illness. It was great for team morale to have all of our players on the court and on the sideline. Senior OH Christian Ting had a team high 8 kills, 1 ace, 1 block and 9 digs. Jr. MB Ifeanyi Onwuazombe hit .700 with 7 kills on 10 attempts no errors. Senior MB Dallon Pabon bounced back with 4 kills on only 7 attempts. Senior libero Dylan Hoang had a solid night of serve receive to go with his 15 digs. Setters Tavas Spencer and Ryan Castro combined for 34 assists on a night where the Vikings had an efficient .350 hitting percentage for the night. The Vikings travel to Burbank High today for league competition.
