Earlier in the year, Huntington Beach visited us and dealt the Lions a 12 - 6 loss. The Oilers top 2 girls, sisters gave up only 2 games, while adding 36 to their talley. This was so lopsided, a 9-9 gamecount tiebreaker was not going to be kind, so the girls knew we needed to pick up four of the last 6 sets played. Some of these notes are in the MVP section, but, doubles teams were awesome today; Ellie/Naomi, Olivia/Neeka and Stewy with Bella , then Julia. Hailey Klein also had great win at line #3 in the first round. So, the sunsets on this 23-24 campaign as 8 teams move on to the quarter finals of CIF and JSerra will rebuild and be back next year.
