Streetsboro, OH — The bears bounced back in a big way yesterday with a solid win over a tough Streetsboro team. The bears battled from the start, keeping things close and going into the half down 19-23. The bears then exploded for a 24-5 third quarter to take over the game. The bears won 54-36! Four polar bears scored in double figures yesterday and Lexi Pizor had her first career start!! Maddie Lepley had 14 points! Megan Campbell had a near triple double with 11 points/10 rebounds/8 steals/6 assists. Ashley Lahmers locked down their best player and Michigan recruit while also posting 13 points/5 rebounds/5 assists. Ashley Helle added 10 points, including two key back-to-back threes in the third quarter. Lexi Pizor had 6 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 steals!!! The bears are back in action on Wednesday AT GlenOak!
