Mission Viejo, CA — We got 1 win this weekend out of 3 tries, but that’s ok. Looking at Coach Jena’s score card, I’d say we did pretty well in this all doubles format. Congrats to Sydney Veazey and Emma Withycombe; Josie Andersen and Lauren Kim; Jalyssa Pantoja Barraza and Emily Volk who each won sets on courts 4,5 & 6. MVP honors however, go out to our tres amigas who OWNED line #1 doubles this morning, winning 3 straight sets vs their top 3 teams: Boxi Gambol, Gianna Gancar and Sydney Shaw, one set each with the other two.
