Performance

Jacob Justice had several good carries for the Panthers as well as a couple of really good kickoff returns in the loss to Montcalm. JJ ripped several good punts as well for an overall solid performance against Phelps.

Blake Cooper

Blake, playing in only his second game showed improvement on both sides of the ball. He hauled in a nice reception from Brayden White on 4th down and made several good plays in the secondary on the defensive side of the ball.

Panthers Fall to Montcalm

Pilgrims Knob, VA — It was a long night for the Panthers as the offense struggled to move the ball against a stingy Montcalm defense. The Generals improved to 2-0 on the season after going 9-1 last season. The Panthers will be open next week and will then travel to Northwood on 9/15.
