La Puente, CA — Your East Whittier Trojans fought on to Victory against La Puente Warriors to a score of 26 to 0. The Trojans defense not only pitched a goose egg but had multiple turnovers with an interception by Jeremiah Salas and a fumble recovery by Jasiah Allen and several strips by Noah Vasquez. Even a Punt return for 6 points by Jayden Reynaga with a Casper Clip (Not a real call) taking it back. The Offense appeared to have their Mojo back having multiple Trojans finding the end zone Mateo Saldana started off the Party with a big 45 yard reception to the Endzone. Big Neff scampered into the Endzone along with Salas punching it in with our One Two combo in the backfield. Also Macias utilized not just his arm but also those feet on a 20yard run to keep the fiesta going and to wrap up the scoring.
