Ventura, CA — A late push led to Buena's only score in a 7- 40 loss to visiting Adolfo Camarillo. A quick blitz by linebacker Nick Waller forced a high snap which led to good field position for Buena's offense when they got the ball for their final drive. Quarterback Ryder Bucy connected on a long pass up the middle to receiver Isaiah Coert. After a couple inside runs from within the 5 yard line, running back Nick Waller was able to bounce outside behind blocks from receivers Carter Aubert, Isaiah Coert and Jonah Hanlon.
