Topeka, KS — Today the boys started showing the potential that they have. 2 early goals by Andrea Columbano propelled us to a good team win. Andrea has been playing really great soccer for us as an anchor in the midfield this season. He sees the game well and has an immaculate touch. We’ve been blessed to have the Italian on our team. The boys spent a week training on grass which helped these boys prepare to the style of play needed. Hayden looked to kick the long ball and tried to use it against us but our defense was able to keep them in front of us. Lachlan McRae and Lachlan Bond helped hold them in front of us. Jackson McWilliams had a great save in the first half on an upper 90 shot. The boys were able to posses the ball and work it around. They created many chances in the game. Jameson Breitzman found the crossbar on multiple occasions as he continues his great run of form. The boys look to continue their run of form as they our midway through their regular season.
