Laguna Beach, CA — The boys' junior varsity golf teams from Laguna Beach high school and Edison high school faced off in a Sunset cross-conference match at Ben Browns' golf course on Monday, April 24th. Edison high school emerged victorious with a final score of 189 to Laguna Beach's 215. Despite the loss, Laguna Beach played great and posted the team's low score of the season on their home course. Lachlan Soloff shot his career-low score at Bens with an impressive score of 39. James Schroeder was close behind with a score of 41. However, it was not enough to overcome a deeper and more experienced Edison team. The Breakers other scores included Trent Beason (44), Sasha Riahi (45), Pedro Pinera (46), Andrew Tyson (47), Nick Jensen (53), and Teddy Hacket 56).
