Easton JV Grabs Lead In Seventh Inning For Victory Over Pleasant Valley

Brodheadsville, PA — Easton Area Rovers JV nabbed the lead late in the game in a 6-5 victory over Pleasant Valley on Friday. The game was tied at five with Easton Area Rovers JV batting in the top of the seventh when Mason Stout singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
Pleasant Valley scored three runs in the third inning, but Easton Area Rovers JV still managed to pull out the victory. Pleasant Valley got things moving in the second inning, when an error scored one run for Pleasant Valley.
The JV Rovers knotted the game up at five in the top of the sixth inning. Rowan Tom singled through a drawn-in infield on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.
