Zee-Bees can't hold early momentum and fall to Lake Forest

Lake Forest, IL — The Zee-Bees started strong. Dominic Diliberti led off with a walk, and Sean Sarzaba was bunted over as the courtesy runner by AJ Neargarder. Rafael "Junior" Villalobos singled on an 0-2 count to drive in the first run of the game. The rally ended as Andrew Carlson's line drive was caught by Lake Forest's third basemen. Lake Forest came back with two runs of their own in the first off of Henry Stried. The Bees answered back in the 3rd inning when Dominic Diliberti led off again with a single. AJ Neargarder singled to right and Sean Sarzaba scored again when the right fielder misplayed the ball. Lake Forest took the lead for good in the fourth inning, scoring their third run. The Zee-Bees are back at it again on 4/19 playing Lake Forest at home.
