Huntington Beach, CA — The Breakers JV golf team traveled to Meadowlark golf course in Huntington Beach on Tuesday, April 18th, to play Huntington Beach high school in a 9-hole match. Huntington Beach proved too strong and they defeated Laguna 195-261. Meadowlark is a tricky golf course with several short, narrow holes with hazards all around. The home course advantage really comes into play, as it takes several rounds to learn how to play each hole. James Schroeder shot the low score for Laguna with a 49. Lachlan Soloff was close behind with a score of 50. The other scores for the Breakers included Trent Beason (52), Pedro Pinera (55), Teddy Hacket (55), Andrew Tyson (57), and Nick Jensen (58).
