LAGUNA BEACH, CA — JV netters back on the winning track. Even though we lost 2 of 2 tie-breakers played today, we dominated in both singles and doubles. Leading the way in singles, MVP honors to both Jacob LeBrun and Thomas Gormley who each won all 3 singles sets played today. We’ll done guys. Kenny Perez and Luke Krolikowski both picked up additional set wins. Line #1 doubles was the only perfect group with 3 set victories across the line. MVP honors to the 3 doubles players accounting for those 3 wins, each winning twice: Max Chiotis, Sam Gou, and Logan Lebsack. MVP honors to Isaac Nguyen who won both of his sets of doubles played at Line #2, once with Andrew Whitehead, the other with Christopher Kempf. Likewise, MVP Michael Aceves won both sets of dubs played at line #3, one w Alex Gordon, the other w Jack McDermitt. Next up: at Aliso Niguel on Thursday, March 9th, 2:30pm.
