Kuna, ID — Skyview Hawks took the lead late and defeated Kuna 11-1 on Tuesday. The game was tied at one with the Hawks batting in the top of the sixth when Mason Krahn singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run. The Varsity secured the victory thanks to eight runs in the sixth inning. The rally was lead by doubles by Henry Downey, Joe Bernal, Trey Downs and Caden Tucker. Also in the inning Grady Daniels hit a triple, Mason Krahn and Tyler Russell hit singles. Caden Yesford got the start for the Hawks. The right hander lasted four innings, allowing two hits and one run while striking out five and walking one. Skyview Hawks totaled 13 hits in the game. Grady Daniels and Henry Downey each managed three hits to lead the Hawks. The Skyview Varsity Baseball team play this Thursday,Friday and Saturday in the Bucks Bags Baseball Tournament playing at their home field for all their games.
