South Pasadena, CA — The JV Tigers defeated the Salesian Mustangs 10 -1 in the season opener. Southpaw Gabe Vogel set the tone with four strong innings, striking out seven batters. Leo Castillo contributed three scoreless inning with three strikeouts. The offense was led by Dylan Liu, Bob Rosenberg, Charles Esnault, and Brandon Woo, each collecting two hits. The Tigers started their season on the right foot and look forward to facing Diamond Bar on Tuesday, February 14.
