Alhambra, CA — It's great to finish the pre-season with 5-0. Now the real test will begin in League. With that being said, once again our defense looked impressive in stopping Alhambra's offense to under 150 total yards. Our secondary looked great with 2 interceptions by Yipp and Kinney. Linebackers are getting better and better at tackling. And our BIG defensive linemen are constantly putting pressure on our opponents. Richard Conti did an outstanding job filling in for our QB position, managing the offense, throwing, and running. Our unsung heroes, our offensive linemen, did great in protecting the QB and making running lanes for our running back, Jason Hong. Jason had some tough yardages when we needed him to come through, keeping the ball rolling. We have a bye week, where we will use it to prepare for our opening league game against Monrovia.
