Zion, IL — The Zee Bees nabbed the lead late in the game in a 5-3 victory over the Waukegan Bulldogs on Monday. The game was tied at two with the Zee Bees batting in the bottom of the sixth when Trevor Hutchison drew a walk, scoring one run. Henry Stried was earned the victory for the Bees. The pitcher allowed six hits and three runs over seven innings, striking out 12. Mateo McCabe, Andrew Carlson, and AJ Neargarder each had one hit to lead Zion-Benton Varsity Zee Bees.
