Peoria, AZ — Kam Davis lead off the game with a single. Corissa Sweet sacrificed Davis to second and Bella Martinez banged a single into right field scoring Davis. The Firecrackers never looked back getting 9 hits in the game. Lexi Miramontes kept the Firecrackers Viera hitters off balance all game allowing only 1 hit over seven innings. Sydney Soto tracked down several fly balls in center and the Firecrackers infield was lights out all game long. The Firecrackers earned the 3-0 victory for the first PGF qualifier game. They will face SoCal Athletics Briggs next.
