Lake Elsinore, CA — The Firecrackers started slow giving up three unearned runs in the top of the first. In the bottom of the first they stormed back to take the 7-3 lead. Kamryn Davis put the pressure on USSSA Pride by reaching base on all four at bats and scoring 3 runs. Valerie Alvarez had 2 RBI. Sydney Soto flagged down several balls in center keeping Pride off the scoreboard after the first. Shelbie Valencia pitched five strong innings for the complete game win.
