Early lead seals fate for Zee-Bees
The Zee Bees watched the game slip away early and could't recover in a 9-0 loss to Mundelein on Tuesday. The Bees struggled to put their offense together, having only 4 runners reach base. Henry Stried threw a great game off the mound only allowing 4 hits over five innings, striking out 8. AJ Neargarder came in relief for the final two innings of the ball game. The Bees march in the playoffs begins Monday at 4:30 PM at home against the Waukegan Bulldogs.
