Pioneers Overcome A Game NW Team for a Comeback Win
Wichita, KS —
Zeph Jeter pitched 8 innings with an unearned run and also drove in the Pioneers' only 2 runs. This was a change of pace from the easy wins v North and SE. Truth be known, the boys needed a test of character like this test. There were not many bright spots, but the Pioneers pulled it out!

The month of April provides a gauntlet for the Pioneers. Wichita Northwest has made a statement by sweeping KMC and circling this date to try and climb the GWAL ladder. Wichita West has a chance to not only remain in the top spot in League, but also start the month off with a statement of their own by keeping NW down and improving their seedings in 6A West.
