Diamond Bar , CA — Today was a tough loss to Charter Oak who is ranked 9 in Division 2 but the girl's fought hard. Some bright spot for the Chiefs came in the 5th inning, where we scored 1 run and knew we could get more. In the bottom of the 6th, we scored 2 runs but fall short of a comeback. Top performance: Baylee Ledesma led the Chiefs with a perfect performance at the plate going 2 for 2 with a RBI double. Alycia Castro, Alizah Ayon & Megan Soto all went 1 for 3. Megan had a RBI double and scored once. Samantha Mancillas with 1 for 2 with a walk and scored once.
