The Barons Bats Broke Open in Youngstown
The Barons went to Youngstown and put up 19 runs against the Crocs. The Barons were led by Connor Evans who had five hits and accounted for four runs. The Baron bats from Robert Herr, Nathan Meeks, Nick Jacobs, Chase Tomko, and Frank Deluca all put up a multi-hit night. Shane Cato and Nick Jacobs pitched eight innings in relief to keep the Barons alive. Excellent team win defensively and offensively. The Barons travel to Toledo this weekend for a two day twin bill against the Toledo Hawks.
