El Monte, CA — Season Opening Game for the South Pasadena Tiger JV squad had all aspects of the game operating well against Mountain View High School Junior Varsity Team. The offensive power lead by Carlo Williams, Griffin Johnson, Leo Castillo, Jude Felix, and Ben Regan each having multiple hits provided the team with 26 RBIs in only 3 innings. Multiple errors and walks were committed by Mountain View Vikings giving up 22 runs in the first inning. Tigers' Sophomore, Owen Woodworth started & finished for the team facing only 13 batters in three innings with 5 strikeouts. Next up for the JV Tigers will be this Tuesday, February 15th, 3:15 PM against Marshall High School.
