Irvine, CA — MVP’s Christopher Kempf and Sam Asadi beat some tough serving players in the final set of doubles today: 6-2!…. This was the only win, keeping us from getting “bageled.” We got “faced” on a few aggressive shots, mostly service returns on slow 2nd serves…a very good reason to get those 1st serves in more often🤪. Arguably, this was the toughest team we’ve played this year. Next up: Friday, March 18th, home vs Fountain Valley, 2:30pm.
