Grand Rapids, MI — Mona Shores Boys Basketball. The Sailors started well but went on a cold spell in the second quarter. The sailors came out of the locker room at halftime and dominated defensively starting on a 15-2 run. The Sailors out scored the RedHawks from Union by 12 in the second half. MS 47-Union 41. Leading the Sailors was Parker Swartz with 21 points 9 rebounds 3 assists and 2 steals. Keontae Richards added 13 points and 3 steals. Demetri Roberson played a great role defensively vs one of the top players in our league holding him to 6 points. The Sailors are 7-7 overall and 4-4 in conference.

Keontae played a great floor game and led a huge second half surge to help the get the win. Keontae had 13 points and huge free throws down the stretch to help ice the game.

Demetri helped hold one of the top players in our conference to 6 points. His effort on the defensive end was a huge component to the victory.
