Santa Ana, CA — El Dorado scored one run in the top of the first and two more in the third. Camaren Sweet led off the third inning with a triple and scored on a ground ball by Caleb Zubas. Foothill came back and scored one in the second and two in the third to tie it up. In the top of the seventh Cameron Kjorness pinch hit with runners on first and second and layed down a textbook bunt towards third. Trying to make the play the Foothill third baseman airmailed the throw past first, allowing the eventual winning run to score. Nick Woznichak pitched three scoresless innings to earn the win. The Hawks finish the season at 7-13.
