Santa Ana, CA — The Mater Dei game was a tough one for the JV Lions. We suffered our first loss of League and second loss overall. It was a tough game playing against mostly Juniors, the boys had some issues with speed of play and the physicality of the Monarchs. When we tied the game I felt we had chances to take the lead and change the momentum for good. Unfortunately we didn’t take our chances and made some mental mistakes that cost us. I am looking forward to bouncing back against SM tomorrow night, we will see what our Lions are made of. I am blessed to be a part of this amazing group of young men! Go Lions! Coach Sean
