Fabens, TX — The Wildcats played a very tough game. They trailed 22-6 at halftime. Fabens drove three times into the red zone and didn’t come away with points. The lone score of the night was on a Sean Garcia scramble from 27 yards out to cut the score to 14-6. But the Wildcats could not capitalize on two Eagle turnovers in the second half. Hard running by Fabian Gutierrez, Cesar Aguirre and Chuy Barraza kept the Wildcats close. Great job by our hound JV squad that is full of freshman! The Wildcats will face the Gadsden Panthers next week!
