Fabens shows late surge but falls short to the Eagles 31-26

The Fabens Wildcats came out strong against the Pecos Eagles! Firing on all cylinders they marched down the field on 5 plays for 49 yards. After an apparent TD was called short and the following two plays the Wildcats were penalized and the drive stalled. Later in the second quarter the Wildcats cut the lead to 7-6 after a great drive capped off by a Miguel Delgado rushing touchdown. But after 3 turnovers in 4 plays on offense the Wildcats found themselves trailing 31-6 at halftime.
