ELITE EIGHT via 14 - 4 over Canyon Springs Cougars
The Lions fought through the traffic just to get to their match today out in Moreno Valley... but, it was worth it...The drive home was literally much easier, the 14 to 4 victory under their belts helped too! Our singles 'swatters' swept all 9 sets as they did in round one, giving us an 18 - 0 record in two CIF matches...in those 18 sets, Danny, Brock and Zach have only given up 5, yes FIVE single games! That computes to a 54 - 5 tally!
