Temperatures are ranging anywhere from 105-113 degrees this week. Wear light weight and loose fitting clothing and drink plenty of water the night before practice and throughout the day.

Coaches and Team Moms please re-familiarize yourselves with the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke symptoms to ensure the safety of our children out on the field. FYI This was also part of the Coaches Certification.
