Overall Great Event at NYS Championship!
Utica, NY —
The Mecha Spartans competed in the NYS Regional Championship over the past weekend at Mohawk Valley Community College. Although we did not finish with the results that we expected, finishing 23rd out of the 28 teams that qualified for States.

Successful First Competition of the Season
Penfield, NY —
The BH-BL High School robotics team, The Mecha Spartans completed our first of three state qualifier events over the weekend at Penfield High School, just outside of Rochester. It was a very successful trip and event, where our team finished the day ranking in 10th place out of the 24 teams that participated. Overall, it was a very fun trip for the students, and provided a lot of learning opportunities that we took home with us to improve ourselves and our robot in preparation for our next two competitions in January.
