Anaheim, CA — The Lady Vanguards put together a solid tournament showing at the prestigious Lady Aztec. The Lady aztec has multiple state qualifiers, state placers and state champions in attendance. Also the returning team state champions were in attendance. As usual, seniors Karen Bello and Brittany Sanchez put together strong performances to lead the team but Kaylee Enriquez and Dulce Paredes also came through with strong performances. Karen Bello, Brittany sanchez and Kaylee Enriquez all took 3rd place while Dulce Paredes finished in 5th place. Some highlights of the tournament were Kaylee taking a double without dropping her knee and Dulce recording a tech-pin. Next up League Finals on 2/5 @ Home.
