Uniform: CLEAN vest, skirt, NEW CHEER socks, and cheer shoes. Hair: slick back >> middle part >> low ponytail with bow facing the back Nails: NO nail polish, fake nails or long nails. If your cheerleader shows up with any of these, they will be removed/cut or the cheerleader will sit out. Cheer bag: Bring to ALL games, except Jr/Sr as they can use their cheer boxes. Bag/Box to include: poms, water, small/healthy snack, cooling towel (provided), liner in a zip lock bag, change of clothes if needed. Cheerleaders are NOT allowed to walk around in partial uniforms. Strongly recommend they change into casual clothes if they are staying for multiple games. Communication: Do not communicate with the coaches or your cheerleader while they are on the field. Each team has Cheermom/dad’s where you are to direct your communication. Additionally, Sandi & I will be at all games. Food/Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed on the field. Therefore, please make sure your cheerleader has had a proper meal prior to her arrival. Takis, chips etc is not a meal and we have seen girls go down because they’ve had spicy chips. Arrive GAME DAY READY (uniform, hair done, bow in) ALL cheerleaders arrive 1-hour in advance of game kickoff. Cheerleaders will sit out the # of minutes they are late (ex. late by 10 mins, they will sit out 10 mins). If more than 20 mins late, cheerleader will not perform at half-time.
