How It Works: Start Selling: Begin selling kalua pig now! The price is $10 per pound, and we’re asking each family to sell at least 15 pounds (or more). Taking Orders: Families will be responsible for taking their own orders and collecting payments. Pick Up: Once the kalua pig is prepared, families will need to pick up the packaged pork from the imu location. Distribution: After pickup, distribute the kalua pig to your customers.
We're excited to announce that we’re doing it again this year—our Kalua Pig fundraiser! This time, we’ll be dedicating two days to preparing the imu, cooking the kalua pig, and then pulling it out to shred and pack for sale. We need everyone’s help not only in selling the kalua pig but also in prepping the imu, and shredding and packing the pork into 1-pound containers.
